Ordering and delivery information

This guide explains how checkout, delivery and order support work at Abyss Biotech. Products are supplied for legitimate laboratory research and analytical purposes only.

Before placing an order

Check each product page for the stated material, vial strength, form and available documentation. If you need a batch-specific laboratory report, contact our team with the product name and batch number before ordering. Customers must be at least 18 years old.

Checkout and payment

After selecting items, review the basket and proceed to checkout. The checkout displays the payment methods available for your order. Only an order successfully completed at checkout should be considered placed; adding items to a basket does not reserve stock.

Shipping charges and delivery

Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout for your address before payment. Orders are dispatched from the UK. Processing and delivery times vary; we do not guarantee a particular arrival date. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

Confirmation and tracking

Use the order confirmation details to follow up with customer support. Tracking information is provided where the chosen delivery service offers tracking.

For payment, order-status, delivery or documentation questions, contact Abyss Biotech. Include your order number for existing orders. Please do not share payment card details in messages.
